Conflict

Conflict is inevitable for all of us whether we are big or small!

We will have #conflict within ourselves, with our partners, our #children, friends, and our family. It is the way that human beings are made up. If we didn’t have conflict we wouldn’t find #new ways of doing things, hearing others’ opinions, or testing ourselves and pushing our boundaries. 

Embrace the conflict and find ways to choose to work through it, create new alternatives and options, and live your most #fiercely #fabulous life!

Self care

Okay, look, let’s be honest...#self-care is something we hear all the time! 


We’re being bombarded by it on social media,by life coaches, #counselors, and in general everyone in our lives is talking about self-care!


Let’s be realistic, how often when we’re busy moms, working full-time jobs, or having life take over do we get that opportunity to really indulge in self-care? Me included!


Let’s see how we can re-frame what self-care can look like and look in the tiny moments we have to ourselves rather than the indulgence of an hour massage, reading a book cover to cover or in that oh-so-desired peaceful meditation.
