Jessica Tsang is a family nurse practitioner living in Calgary, AB. She has big, hairy, audacious goals to improve people's experience of health care. She is the founder and director of Direct Health Solutions, a mobile medical clinic that increases access to medical services and strives to optimize the client's health care experience. When she is not doing house calls, you may find her teaching nursing students as a faculty member of Mount Royal University or hanging out with her toddler.
