Adrianna is a provisional psychologist with a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about helping clients create meaningful change by focusing on their strengths, values, and goals. Trained in a solution-focused approach, Adrianna works collaboratively with clients 18+ to identify practical strategies that support growth and resilience.

Adrianna also has extensive training in formal assessment, enabling her to recognize and understand mental health diagnoses. This expertise allows her to provide a thorough and informed perspective on her clients’ challenges, ensuring they receive the most effective and personalized support.

Known for her goal-oriented, energetic, and optimistic nature, Adrianna creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore what truly matters to them. Her warm, professional demeanor ensures clients feel both heard and motivated as they work toward their personal goals.
