Whether you're experiencing the loss of a loved one (including a cherished pet), facing life transitions, or feeling unsure about your confidence or direction, I offer compassionate support grounded in evidence-based therapy.
My practice is also culturally responsive and bilingual — sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
