Smyrna is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a strong passion for working alongside those seeking guidance and support through their mental health concerns. With experience helping youth,
adults, and couples, Smyrna is ready to provide change-oriented therapy to promote feelings of
empowerment through life’s challenges.
Having considerable research experience within Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), including being a co-author on a published article concerning ACEs, Smyrna is ready and excited to explore the impact of ACEs in your life. Especially in the ways ACEs presents itself in adulthood through negative core beliefs or behavioural patterns.
