I provide specialized men’s counselling and couples therapy in Calgary for individuals and partners seeking practical support with relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I work primarily with men experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-confidence, anger, identity struggles, and the impact of domestic violence or difficult relationships, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to regain clarity and stability.

I also support couples at all stages of their relationship, including premarital counselling, early marriage counselling, and long-term partnerships experiencing disconnection or loss of intimacy. Whether you're struggling with communication breakdown, ongoing conflict, or feeling like you’ve “lost the spark,” my evidence-based approach helps rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and create healthier, more secure relationships.

My practice is also culturally responsive and bilingual — sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
