Hannah Wilson is an experienced and compassionate Calgary counsellor with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. She offers specialized therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. Drawing from her extensive background working with vulnerable populations affected by trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, Hannah provides a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where healing and personal growth can take place.
Using a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, Hannah partners with her clients to foster resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills essential for navigating complex emotional challenges.
