Are you constantly putting others needs before your own, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, and relationships? You may find yourself anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that leave little room for your own wellbeing.
I work with adults and couples who want to strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and create healthier, more balanced lives. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressure of managing multiple responsibilities while trying to meet everyone else’s expectations.
Using a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach, I help clients build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and foster healthier connections with themselves and others. Together, we will work toward greater confidence, emotional balance, and more fulfilling relationships.
My practice is also culturally responsive and bilingual — sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
