So, you think you want to find a counsellor and are not sure how to find one?

Or you may be calling a few different therapists to seek out a connection but are unsure of what kinds of questions to ask them to see if they are good fit for you or someone in your family.

After being in human and social services for over 30 years now, I have a pretty good understanding of what types of conversations should be held on the first visit.  During this Episode, I also identify the differences and similarities between a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist and a Social Worker -- who can or does therapy and counselling? who can prescribe medications?
