Meet Mandi sakutukwa| MSW, RSW
In-person in Calgary & Virtual Across Alberta
Are you feeling overwhelmed or struggling with disordered eating, or borderline personality disorder? Feeling stuck in perfectionism, or unsure of who you are and where you’re headed?
I support individuals who are navigating life transitions, emotional intensity, new diagnoses, or who have been managing these challenges long-term. If you’re tired of holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally, you’re not alone.
Together, we’ll gently explore the experiences that have shaped you, reconnect with your strengths, and help you build a more steady, confident sense of self at your pace.
Therapy with me is Empowering, steady, and strengths-focused
I offer an empowering, steady, and strengths-focused space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel supported as you move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
Outside the therapy room…

Let’s Work Together
There are times when life feels heavy in ways you can’t always name.
You may be holding your history, relationships, and hopes for the future all at once, while doing everything you can just to keep moving forward. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Together we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create room for healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
In our work together, we create a supportive and non-judgmental space where all parts of your experience are welcome. I’m especially interested in the stories we carry about who we’re supposed to be and how those narratives shape our emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
I’m a Registered Social Worker in Calgary providing therapy for teens (14+) and adults experiencing challenges with self-worth, identity, body image, disordered eating, individuals navigating family of origin experiences and life transitions. I offer in-person and virtual counselling across Alberta, and provide a free 30-minute consultation if you’re curious about starting therapy.
